1. Order Cancellation Policy

– No Cancellations: Once an order has been placed on Emaandar.com, it cannot be cancelled. We process orders promptly to ensure timely delivery, and as such, we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation after an order has been confirmed.

2. Refund Eligibility

– Damaged Products: If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or defective, you may be eligible for a refund. Damage or defect must be reported to us within 4 hours of delivery. Please note that we are not responsible for any internal damages (1 or 2) to fruits or vegetables that are not visible from the outside. However, if the complete item is damaged, then we shall replace the same with fresh stock.

3. Products Not Covered Under Refund Policy

– Internal Damage to Produce: We take utmost care in selecting and delivering fresh fruits and vegetables. However, due to the nature of these products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the interior. We do not provide refunds for fruits and vegetables that appear fresh and undamaged on the outside but may have internal defects.

4. How to Request a Refund

If you receive a product that is visibly damaged or defective, please follow these steps to request a refund:

1. Contact Us: Within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product, please contact our customer support team. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged or defective product.

2. Review Process: Upon receiving your request, our team will review the information and images provided. If the product is deemed visibly damaged or defective, we will process your refund.

3. Refund Processing Time: Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Situations

– Change of Mind: Refunds are not provided for situations where the customer changes their mind after the order is placed.
– Incorrect Orders: We are unable to provide refunds for orders that were placed incorrectly by the customer.
– Outside Delivery Area: Refund requests for orders delivered outside our service area of Hyderabad are not eligible, as our deliveries are currently restricted to Hyderabad.
